CRIC Capital and its principals have focused exclusively on single-tenant net lease transactions for the last fifteen years. We bring to the field an unparalleled level of expertise in both accounting and tax issues related to single-tenant net lease transactions. Our experience and understanding of the markets allow us to execute and close transactions in a smooth and efficient manner even during unprecedented economic times.


CRIC Capital and its principals have transacted more than $500 million annually of single-tenant, net leased real estate including office, industrial, large retail and portfolios of smaller retail properties, and have purchased more than $6 billion of net leased real estate on behalf of various institutional and private investors. Our clients and counterparty tenants include both investment grade and higher quality non-investment grade companies.


In investing our capital, our major focus is on the credit standing of the company and the quality of the real estate. Eligible properties include existing and to-be-built office, retail, industrial, warehouse and other single-tenant commercial real estate.

There are no preset limits to the amount of capital CRIC Capital can invest in a property. We will also invest in smaller properties — particularly if we can pool these properties into a single transaction.
