Ethan S. Nessen, Managing Partner
Mr. Nessen oversees the structuring and financing of net lease and sale-leaseback transactions. Mr. Nessen is a noted expert on structuring net leases and he is regularly interviewed and quoted in real estate publications, including Commercial Property News, National Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Forum. He is also a frequent panelist and speaker at net lease and other credit real estate conferences and conventions. Prior to joining CRIC Capital, Mr. Nessen served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Realty Investment Company LLC, where he structured and negotiated net lease acquisitions. Mr. Nessen started his professional career as an economic analyst at the Bank of Tokyo. Mr. Nessen received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University with honors.
