Marcy Axelrad, Managing Partner
Ms. Axelrad oversees and manages the acquisitions and dispositions for CRIC Capital, including the negotiations with lessees, sellers and buyers; the financings; and the transaction closings. During the past nine years in the net lease industry, Ms. Axelrad has evaluated, structured, and closed more than $1.2 billion of single tenant net lease properties, including single asset and portfolio transactions involving office, industrial, retail, education, distribution, warehouse and medical facilities. Ms. Axelrad is also responsible for managing CRIC Capital's Human Resource Department. Prior to joining CRIC Capital, Ms. Axelrad was Executive Vice President of Corporate Realty Investment Company L.L.C.

Ms. Axelrad received a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University.
