Marcy Axelrad, Managing Partner
Ms. Axelrad oversees and manages the acquisitions and dispositions for CRIC, including the negotiations with lessees, sellers and buyers; the financings; and the transaction closings. During the past fifteen years in the net lease industry, Ms. Axelrad has evaluated, structured, and closed more than $1.2 billion of single tenant net lease properties, including single asset and portfolio transactions involving office, industrial, retail, education, distribution, warehouse and medical facilities. Ms. Axelrad is also responsible for managing CRIC Capital's Human Resource Department and the firm's Training & Development program. Ms. Axelrad also assists in the day to day operations of CRIC including serving as the firm's General Counsel. Prior to joining CRIC, Ms. Axelrad was an associate at the law firms of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP and Gesmer Updegrove LLP in Boston.

Ms. Axelrad received a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University.
