Michelle C. Paul, Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management
Ms. Paul is responsible for evaluating real estate markets, developing asset management and disposition strategies, and is involved in the real estate evaluations of acquisitions.  Ms. Paul has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience that includes acquisitions, consulting and advisory work.

Prior to joining CRIC Capital, Ms. Paul provided real estate consulting and financial advisory services to institutional and private real estate investors.  Before that, Ms. Paul was with Coastal Hotel Group, a private hotel owner and operator of boutique and franchised hotel properties, where she managed the acquisition of new properties and management contacts.  Prior to her involvement in the hotel industry, Ms. Paul was active in the industrial market for First Industrial Realty Trust, where she was responsible for acquisition, due diligence, and closing activities for portfolio UPREIT transactions.  Ms. Paul also has extensive lending experience having worked with GE Capital as a lender, originating and underwriting office, retail, and industrial properties.

Ms. Paul currently is a member of New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE), a chapter of Commercial Real Estate Executive Women (CREW) Network.

Ms. Paul received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration from DePaul University.
